I’m Sharon Thompson, M.Ed, founder and a ‘friend of minds.’ Research proves children thrive in positive, supportive spaces where the foundation for learning is during early childhood. Early Childhood Development extends from birth through eight years of age and home, school, and community must be in harmony for child success. We’re supporting early childhood education by strengthening the connections within this ecosystem, helping to define career progression pathways, engage families, and increase access to high-quality early childhood programs on Chicago’s southside.
